About Cheryl

​

I support care providers to stabilise services, strengthen governance and embed sustainable quality systems that meet regulatory expectations.

​

As a Registered Nurse, C-CAF Accredited Consultant and former NI, Director of Care Operations and Quality Director, I have worked across multiple care groups delivering quality improvement and stabilisation programmes, strengthening governance, improving performance and supporting services through regulatory challenges. My approach combines hands-on delivery with senior-level oversight, enabling organisations to achieve measurable and sustainable improvement.

My professional development includes ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor training, Resuscitation Council UK Basic Life Support Instructor (BLSi) and the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), supporting my work across quality assurance, governance, audit, training and continuous improvement.

​

I am also an ICO Registered Consultant and a member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) and the Institute of Health & Social Care Management (IHSCM), with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance in place for my consultancy work.
